The A.I. White Lie

Consumers Have Had Enough - California AB-723 went into effect in 2026. A.I. altered real estate images are now required by law to be labeled as so. California has started the trend, but it will soon spread the industry nationwide. Consumers are growing tired of falsified imagery. Potential buyers wasting time viewing a property that has been shamefully misrepresented in the listing photos. Showing up to a vacation rental that appears nowhere close to the listing. Or worse yet, mobile purchases closed from thousands of miles away. Below is a great example of the A.I. White Lie:
